2002 ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS LUNCHEON SCHEDULED FOR MARCH 20, 2003 . . . The Annual Awards Luncheon will be held on March 20th at the LaFontaine Bleu. The cost is $25 per person. A flyer has been mailed to each entrant and is also available here. RESERVATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN MARCH 15TH. The DSC will also collect food for a local food bank at the Luncheon. A list of award recipients will be posted on the website on Monday, March 10. We look forward to seeing you at the Luncheon.
RPAC "HAWAIIAN HOLIDAY" FUNDRAISER SCHEDULED. . . The RPAC Committee is hard at work planning this year's "Hawaiian Holiday" fundraiser. The date has been changed to Wednesday, April 30th, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. This year's event will be held at the LaFontaine Bleu and the Committee has a fun-filled evening planned. REALTOR EXPO 2003. . . The Education Committee has scheduled REALTOR EXPO 2003 for Thursday, June 5th. It will be held at the LaFontaine Bleu and many of last year's exhibitors will be returning again this year. You will once again be able to take up to six hours of continuing education so mark your calendar now for a day of education and networking. PGCAR TO HONOR REALTOR VOLUNTEERS . . .So many of our members give back to our community everday and the Association wants to recognize their contributions on May 22nd. Please click here for more information and a questionnaire. All forms must be submitted to PGCAR no later than May 15th. More information will follow over the coming weeks.

(2) The compensation offered by a listing broker to a cooperating broker, whether acting as a subagent or buyer agent, in respect to any listing is established by the listing broker in his or her offer of compensation, and is not fixed, controlled, recommended or maintained by the persons or entity other than the listing broker and the cooperating broker. (3) The compensation, if any, offered by a listing broker to a cooperating broker representing a prospective purchaser or tenant in respect to any listing is established by the seller or lessor and is not fixed, controlled, recommended, or maintained by any persons or entity other than the seller or lessor.
MARCH CONTINUING EDUCATION CLASSES . . . There is still space available in the following classes:
** Please Note: These 3 classes meet the 6 hour requirement for those licensed for more than 10 years. The cost for the 6 hours is $60 for REALTORS and $100 for non-REALTORS. Registration fee for REALTORS is $25 for 3 hours of credit. A $15 late fee is charged if reservations are made less than 3 days prior to any class. NO WALK-INS.
- ** March 6th - MD 6 Hour Required Course consisting of MD Legislative Update (3 hours), MD Legal Update (1.5 hours) and MD Fair Housing (1.5 hours). Instructor - Don Martin. Location - LaFontaine Bleu.
- March 7th - New Home Sales. Instructor - Allison Mooney. 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. 3 hours of MD Continuing Education. Location - Association Office.
- March 21st - Ethics: What You Don't Know Could Hurt You. Instructor - Al Monshower. 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. - 3 hours of MD & DC Continuing Education. Location - LaFontaine Bleu.
