The PARTNERSHIP FOR HOUSING FOUNDATION works with not-for-profit housing organizations and others, such as the state agencies and local governments dedicated to promoting homeownership throughout the State of Maryland. The FOUNDATION is offering this seminar statewide in collaboration with the Maryland Commission on Human Relations and the Maryland Association of REALTORS®. MAR's Equal Opportunity and Affordable Housing Committee is also helping to promote this seminar to local REALTOR® associations and other real estate professionals, including lenders, appraisers, property managers, insurers and title companies.

This educational opportunity provides effective tools to deal with discriminatory practices in the real estate industry, while promoting fair housing practices and diversity issues. Glendora Hughes, General Counsel of the Maryland Commission on Human Relations, will lead the Seminar. Additionally, this seminar has been submitted to the Maryland Real Estate Commission for 3 hours of continuing education credit. RESERVATIONS ARE A MUST. Please click here for a registration form!
