The Prince George's County Association of REALTORS® conversion
from SUPRA to SENTRILOCK is November 10th - 14th.
The Association Office is closed
Monday, November 10th through Friday, November 14th.
Offices will reopen at 9 a.m. on Monday, November 17th.

Important: You Must be Pre-Paid and Pre-Registered to Participate.
Walk-ins and payments will not be accepted on the day of the conversion.
If you did not register or pay your annual SentriCard fee
call SentriLock now at 1-877-736-8745.
Q: When is the conversion taking place?
A: PGCAR will conduct its conversion from SUPRA to SENTRILOCK from
November 10th through November 13th.
Q: What do I have to do to participate?
A: In order to participate in the conversion, you must go online and register for a date and time to turn in your SUPRA KEY and LOCKBOXES. If you have not received an email from SENTRILOCK with a link to register, they can be reached at 1-877-736-8745.
Q: Can I pay at the conversion?
A: No. All registrations for the conversion must be made online by November 5th.
Q: What if I have a SENTRICARD from ANOTHER ASSOCIATION, but have SUPRA LOCKBOXES to exchange?
A: If you have PGCAR SUPRA LOCKBOXES registered to you but have a SENTRICARD from another Association, you can bring them to the Association for a one-for-one exchange between November 17th and December 15th. No SUPRA LOCKBOXES will be exchanged after December 15th.
Q: What if I have a SENTRICARD from PGCAR or ANOTHER ASSOCIATION and DO NOT HAVE SUPRA LOCKBOXES to exchange?
A: If you have a SENTRICARD from PGCAR or ANOTHER ASSOCIATION and DO NOT HAVE SUPRA LOCKBOXES to exchange, you DO NOT HAVE TO attend the conversion.
Q: Do I have to bring my SUPRA LOCKBOXES to the Exchange?
A: If you HAVE or are GETTING a PGCAR SENTRICARD, you will register for the conversion and bring all SUPRA LOCKBOXES that are REGISTERED TO YOU to the exchange. You will be given one SENTRI LOCKBOX for every SUPRA LOCKBOX you turn in.
If you HAVE A SENTRICARD from ANOTHER ASSOCIATION, you WILL NOT attend the conversion. You will bring your SUPRA LOCKBOXES to the Association office between November 17th and December 15th for a one-for-one exchange.
Q: Can I turn in my SUPRA equipment at the association office after the conversion is over?
A: If you HAVE or are GETTING A PGCAR SENTRICARD, you MUST register for the conversion and bring all SUPRA LOCKBOXES that are REGISTERED TO YOU to the exchange. You will be given one SENTRI LOCKBOX for every SUPRA LOCKBOX you turn in. If you fail to come to the conversion, you will be charged $100 and will only receive one SENTRI LOCKBOX for each TWO SUPRA LOCKBOXES.
Q: If you ARE NOT GETTING A PGCAR SENTRICARD and DO NOT HAVE ONE from ANOTHER ASSOCIATION, your SUPRA LOCKBOXES will NOT BE EXCHANGED.
A: If you HAVE A SENTRICARD from ANOTHER ASSOCIATION, you WILL NOT ATTEND the conversion. You will bring your SUPRA LOCKBOXES to the Association office between November 17th and December 15th for a one-for one exchange.
Q: When will we receive invitations to training?
A: You should have received several emails from SENTRILOCK by this time. If you have not been notified, please call SENTRILOCK at 1-877-736-8745.
Q: What do I do with lockboxes that were programmed in another association?
A: We will accept PGCAR, GCAAR and NVAR SUPRA LOCKBOXES for exchange.
Q: What do I do if I have a card from ANOTHER ASSOCIATION, but PGCAR is my primary association?
A: If you have an active SENTRICARD from ANOTHER ASSOCIATION, you can come to the Association office between November 17th and December 15th to exchange your lockboxes. You WILL NOT attend the conversion.
Q: What do I do if I already have a SENTRICARD from PGCAR?
A: If you already have a SENTRICARD from PGCAR, you will still register online for the conversion; HOWEVER, you will not be charged a fee.
Q: How many lockboxes will I get?
A: During the exchange EVERY SUPRA LOCKBOX REGISTERED TO YOU will be exchanged for a SENTRI LOCKBOX.
Q: What if I have SUPRA LOCKBOXES that I can't find?
A: If you have lost some of your SUPRA LOCKBOXES, we will not be able to exchange them for you. If you should locate any of them before December 15th, you can bring them to the Association office for SENTRI LOCKBOXES. If someone turns in one of your boxes, we will contact you. NO SUPRA LOCKBOXES WILL BE EXCHANGED AFTER DECEMBER 15th.
Q: I have SUPRA LOCKBOXES but don't know who they're registered to, what can I do with them?
A: If you have SUPRA LOCKBOXES that DO NOT belong to you, you can contact Shirley Clayton at PGCAR (301-306-7900) to see who they belong to.
Q: Will I be able to purchase new boxes at the exchange, or am I limited to the one-for-one exchange?
A: Because of the volume of REALTORS® being put through the Exchange, we will not be in a position to sell LOCKBOXES. You may come to the PGCAR office beginning on November 17th to purchase additional SENTRI LOCKBOXES.
Q: What if I'm out of town or some emergency precludes my attendance at the conversion?
A: If you are going to be out of town, or have surgery scheduled or some other emergency arises between November 10th and November 14th and are unable to attend the conversion, simply email PGCAR at shclayton@mris.com to let us know why you will not be able to attend the conversion. You may then come into the PGCAR offices between November 17th and December 15th to get your SENTRICARD and exchange your SUPRA LOCKBOXES. There will not be a penalty if you notify PGCAR PRIOR TO the conversion.
