By now, you should have received several emails from Sentrilock. If you have not received an email to register for the conversion, please contact PGCAR at 301-306-7900 to make sure we have your correct email address. This message from Sentrilock will contain important information about the upcoming Prince George's County Association of REALTORS^® key/lockbox conversion.

To participate in the conversion, you need to register for training and pay your first year's lockbox fees. If you already have a PGCAR SentriCard, YOU STILL MUST REGISTER. During the conversion, you'll return your old Supra lockboxes and key, attend training on how to use your new lockbox system, and pick up your new lockboxes and SentriCard^®.

It is important for PGCAR members to make sure that your National Association of REALTORS^® identification number ( NRDS #) is on your MRIS record. To check:

Click on "My Account"
Click on "Change My Account Information"
Scroll down to "Contact Information"
Put your 9 digit NRDS # in the box
Scroll down and "Update" your information

NOTE: When you log in, if your NRDS number is already populated in the field, highlight it, type it over again and update the changes. This will ensure that SentriLock receives your NRDS number.

You MUST REGISTER for training to exchange your equipment. WE CANNOT ACCEPT WALK-INS. After you register for training, you'll be prompted to pay the annual lockbox fee for the service and equipment. The annual lockbox fee is $155.00, tax included, and you can pay by check or credit card. If you already have a PGCAR SentriCard you WILL NOT have to pay again. The computer will allow you to go forward to register.

When you come to the conversion, bring your lockboxes. You will receive one new REALTOR^® lockbox for each Supra lockbox that is registered to you. If you have lockboxes that are not registered to you, please call Shirley at 301-306-7900 prior to the conversion so she can help you register the lockboxes or find out to whom they belong. These lockboxes must be owned by you and be programmed for use in NVAR, GCAAR, PWAR or PG. You will not receive credit for lockboxes that are not registered to you or that were programmed for use in a non-listed area.

If you cannot bring all of your Supra lockboxes to the conversion (you may have lockboxes on active listings), bring what you have available to the conversion. At the conversion, tell the staff you have additional Supra lockboxes on active listings. They will give you information on how to return to the conversion sites and exchange your remaining lockboxes.

If you are a Primary Member of PGCAR and do not attend the conversion, you can go to the Prince George's County AOR office to exchange your keys and lockboxes. -- THERE WILL BE A $100.00 SERVICE FEE FOR EXCHANGING YOUR KEY AND YOU WILL ONLY RECEIVE ONE SENTRILOCK LOCKBOX FOR EVERY TWO SUPRA LOCKBOXES AT THE PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY AOR OFFICE. - You can avoid this fee by attending the conversion.

If you are a Secondary Member or a PGCAR Primary Member who has a SentriCard from another Association, you may exchange your Supra lockboxes one-for-one after the conversion with no penalty. Only those purchasing a PGCAR SentriCard will be allowed at the conversion to exchange boxes. You have until December 15^th to exchange your keys and lockboxes at the Prince George's County AOR office.
