No. All agents applying for awards must be in good standing with PGCAR, having paid 2026 Membership Dues and an Active current member of PGCAR. Contact your local association to see if they have an awards program.
Yes, you can apply for Rookie if you were first licensed in 2024 and completed your first year in 2025. You would run your agent awards report from the day you were licensed (i.e. 2/1/24) through that date in 2025 (i.e. 2/1/25), upload and submit.
You can also submit for Rookie if you were first licensed in 2025 (i.e. 4/1/25) through 12/31/25. You can only submit for Rookie once.
You will need to get the agent to enter it into Bright MLS or enter it as a comp and then re-run the report. PGCAR does not accept HUD-1, Alta Statements or copies of contracts or any other documentation other than the required "Agent Awards Report." Please contact Bright MLS for information on how to report properties missing.

No, you would need to register for the Gala separately - $85 per Gala ticket if you register by February 15; $95 per ticket after February 15 and until sold out.
You MUST submit an entry along with the report, your Broker / Manager approval, and the $50 entry fee online.
If your entry was submitted online, you will receive a receipt in your email for the $50 that successfully shows the transaction going through. If your broker submitted it for you, please contact your broker for a copy of the receipt.
