If you DID change your password at some point, you will need to use that password. ALWAYS TRY NRDS ID AS YOUR USER NAME AND THE SAME NRDS ID AS YOUR PASSWORD. • If I am a member of another association now, but did all of my production with PGCAR last year, can I apply?

No. All agents applying for awards must be in good standing with PGCAR, having paid 2026 Membership Dues and an Active current member of PGCAR. Contact your local association to see if they have an awards program.

  • I'm new to the business - can I apply for Rookie of the Year?

Yes, you can apply for Rookie if you were first licensed in 2024 and completed your first year in 2025. You would run your agent awards report from the day you were licensed (i.e. 2/1/24) through that date in 2025 (i.e. 2/1/25), upload and submit.

You can also submit for Rookie if you were first licensed in 2025 (i.e. 4/1/25) through 12/31/25. You can only submit for Rookie once.

  • What if a property I sold is not showing up on my report?

You will need to get the agent to enter it into Bright MLS or enter it as a comp and then re-run the report. PGCAR does not accept HUD-1, Alta Statements or copies of contracts or any other documentation other than the required "Agent Awards Report." Please contact Bright MLS for information on how to report properties missing.

  • Can I bring a guest / spouse to the Gala?

Yes! Anyone can attend! Purchase your Awards Gala tickets when ticket sales open at pgcar.com.

  • Does my entry include a seat at the Gala?

No, you would need to register for the Gala separately - $85 per Gala ticket if you register by February 15; $95 per ticket after February 15 and until sold out.

  • Do I have to submit an entry for an award or do I automatically get one if I did $3M or more in production?

You MUST submit an entry along with the report, your Broker / Manager approval, and the $50 entry fee online.

  • How do I know if you received my entry?

If your entry was submitted online, you will receive a receipt in your email for the $50 that successfully shows the transaction going through. If your broker submitted it for you, please contact your broker for a copy of the receipt.

  • Can I combine Residential with Commercial?

No, there is a separate entry form for commercial.

  • Do Residential Leases count?

    Yes!!

For any other questions, please refer to the Rules and Criteria document.

Don't forget to register to attend the event, especially if you submitted an entry! It's gonna be HUGE!
