Founded in 2016 by Arnita Greene while previously affiliated with Keller Williams Preferred Properties in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, The Greene Group has shifted gears and is currently associated with Compass in the bustling Logan Circle district of Washington, DC. With a portfolio of countless clients successfully achieving home ownership, I am dedicated to not only selling real estate, but also servicing the community and helping my peers. During my 15 years in the real estate services industry, I have built relationships consisting of both residential properties as well as investment properties building client’s generational wealth.

Over the years, The Greene Group has contributed to Christmas in April, PGCAR Awards banquet, feeding families in need, volunteering opportunities - both publicly and anonymously - and putting together 2 years in a row the Library Read Design Project and the Dictionary Project for Prince George’s County Public Schools, just to name a few affiliations. Community projects are at the cornerstone of my overall success.

Arnita Greene and the Greene Group team have built a record-breaking client base through a strong network of repeat buyers, sellers and referrals. The Greene Group provides great customer service, helping clients realize homeownership throughout the DC, Maryland, and Virginia region. This initiative is achieved by way of providing educational home buying seminars within the community in addition to the ever growing online/social media base that our current society has thrived on during the COVID pandemic, never losing sight of the personal connection our profession is built upon.
