With over a decade of dedication to the real estate profession, I have established myself as a full-time REALTOR^®, committed to serving the needs of my clients and the broader community. Throughout my career, I have earned several designations and certifications including C2EX, and actively engaged with various committees within Prince George's County Association of REALTORS^® (PGCAR) and Maryland REALTORS^®.

In 2017, I made the conscious decision to join Keller Williams Realty, drawn to their profound mission of God, family, service, and commitment to ethical practices. This move provided me with invaluable opportunities to not only build a thriving business, but also contribute to a greater cause. From 2018 to 2022, I proudly served on Keller Williams' prestigious Associate Leadership Council (ALC), assuming the role of Chair for two terms on the Agent Advocate committee and one term on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee.

Elevating my influence within Keller Williams, I was honored to be appointed as the ALC Regional Representative in 2020. This role expanded my impact beyond the confines of a single market center, allowing me to support change for Keller Williams offices at a broader level. Embracing the responsibilities of leadership, I effectively led committees, delegated tasks, and inspired fellow members to embrace their own leadership potential. Together, we co-created a collaborative environment to align with the future goal of our market center while fostering a culture of excellence.

Recognizing the importance of continuous growth and learning, I was a recent graduate from the distinguished Maryland REALTORS^® Leadership Academy. This experience stretched my thinking, exposed me to diverse perspectives, meaningful conversations, and sharpened my ability to navigate complex situations, and achieve positive outcomes. This experience has encouraged me to "level up" and do more.
