Carole Warren's journey in real estate has always been more than just sales, it's about commitment to serve. A proud Washingtonian and University of Maryland graduate, her path from corporate finance to personal chef to respected real estate professional is anything but ordinary. Carole's success comes from putting people first, thinking strategically, and leading with clarity, and her business reflects her approach – practical, thoughtful, and focused on results.
In 2017, she made a purposeful decision to join Keller Williams Preferred Properties, drawn to its values of God, family, then business. At KWPP, she found a platform to grow a business, serve her community, and lead with intention. Carole's leadership skills quickly stood out, earning her a seat on the Associate Leadership Council from 2018 to 2022. During her tenure, she chaired both the Agent Advocate and DEI Committees, leading important conversations and supporting critical initiatives. In 2020, she was named ALC Regional Representative, expanding her influence beyond the local market while advocating within the industry.
She is a proud graduate of the Maryland REALTORS® Leadership Academy, and credits the experience with sharpening her strategic thinking, expanding her problem-solving toolkit, and fueling her passion to elevate every aspect of her service. Today, she lends her voice and vision as a Board Director and serves on both local and state REALTOR® committees, advocating for policies that uphold and strengthen the profession.
Widely respected by her peers, Carole is a proud member of NAREB, a committed RPAC contributor, and serves on both the Legislative and Maryland REALTORS® Housing Committees as well as the Advisory Committee for the Leadership Academy. She is a consistent presence at REALTOR® Lobby Day, where she joins fellow agents in standing up for the issues that matter to the industry.
With a heart for giving, she volunteers consistently -- assembling teams for Christmas in April, mentoring youth at College Career Day, and showing up with sleeves rolled at food banks, schools, and shelters. She serves quietly, consistently, and without the need for recognition, believing that true success is measured by what we give, not just what we gain.
With grace, grit, and gratitude, Carole continues to lead by example – mentoring, advocating, and inspiring others to serve with integrity. For her, real estate is more than transactions – it's a vehicle for transformation. Whether she's representing her clients, her colleagues, or her community, one thing remains clear: Carole Warren is always all in -- and remains a passionate advocate, a community servant, and a voice for progress in the real estate industry.
