Officer and Director Biographies

I believe leadership is earned through service, built through trust, and reflected in the positive impact we create for others. My goal has always been to leave every committee, board, and organization stronger than when I found it, while supporting REALTORS^®, promoting homeownership, and strengthening the communities we serve.

Throughout my career, I have learned that leadership is not about a title - it is about showing up, staying engaged, and looking for opportunities to make a difference. Whether serving clients, helping fellow REALTORS^®, volunteering in the community, or serving on local and state Association committees, I believe true leaders lead by example.

My involvement in committees, governance, education, legislative initiatives, and Board service has given me a broader understanding of our profession and the important role our Association plays in supporting REALTORS^®. These experiences have strengthened my appreciation for thoughtful leadership, collaboration, and the responsibility we have to advocate for our members and the communities that we serve.

The role of Secretary requires organization, attention to detail, professionalism, and consistency-qualities I bring to both my real estate business and my commitment to serving others. I understand the importance of communication and supporting the efforts that help our Association continue moving forward.

I am excited for the opportunity to continue serving the Prince George's County Association of REALTORS^® in an expanded leadership role. As Secretary, I look forward to supporting the Board and being a part of positive change that supports our members and strengthens the ability of REALTORS^® to succeed in an evolving industry.
