Officer and Director Bios

Carole Webb is a proud REALTOR^®, devoted wife, and boy mom to three sons – bringing her whole heart to everything she does, both personally and professionally. As the 2026 President of the Prince George's County Association of REALTORS^®, Carole is honored to continue serving the members of PGCAR with the same commitment, energy, and leadership that has defined her journey through the association.

With a strong belief in the power of service, Carole comes from a family deeply rooted in community involvement. Her career in real estate has been shaped by this foundation, along with her passion for advocacy, professionalism, and mentorship. She has actively contributed to PGCAR for over a decade – serving as 2024 - 2025 President-Elect, 2023 - 2024 Secretary, a multi-year member of the Board of Directors, and a long-standing leader of the Young Professionals Network and Community Service Committees.

Carole also serves on the Board of Directors for the Capital Area REALTORS^® Federal Credit Union. A 2020 graduate of the Maryland REALTORS^® Leadership Academy, she is committed to lifelong learning and empowering her fellow REALTORS^® to lead with excellence.

As a leader who has walked in the shoes of her members, Carole believes in building a strong, united REALTOR^® community ‐ one that is informed, engaged, and equipped for the future.
