Charnise Calhoun Carter is an esteemed professional in the real estate industry, serving as the Broker & Owner of Realty One Group Performance, a distinguished franchise established in 2019. With a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication from George Mason University, Charnise possesses a strong educational background that has significantly contributed to her exceptional career trajectory.
A 2023 graduate of the Maryland Leadership Academy, Charnise has further enhanced her leadership skills and abilities. Since commencing her real estate journey in 2003, she has consistently demonstrated her expertise in bringing buyers and sellers together, establishing herself as a trusted authority in her field.
Her steadfast commitment to excellence is exemplified by her active involvement in prominent organizations within the industry. Currently, Charnise serves as a board director for the Prince George's County Association of REALTORS® (PGCAR) and has adeptly chaired their Awards Committee for several years and is now serving as Vice Chair. Additionally, she serves as a board director for the Capital Area REALTORS® Federal Credit Union. Charnise is also a valued member of the National Small Business Association's Leadership Council and the Federal Political Coordinators team in Maryland. She serves as a committee member for the Maryland REALTORS® Global Business Committee and the Maryland REALTORS® DEI Committee.

Furthermore, Charnise is the visionary founder of Juice 4 Life, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing alternative and integrative cancer support. As a breast cancer survivor herself, she possesses firsthand understanding of the challenges faced by individuals affected by cancer, driving her steadfast commitment to offering education and financial support through her organization. Her remarkable dedication has already resulted in raising over $100k, including a generous $10,000 donation from her commission to a breast cancer survivor in December 2021.
