Charnise Calhoun Carter is a highly accomplished real estate executive, investor, and business leader. She is the Broker & Owner of Realty ONE Group Performance, a thriving franchise she founded in 2019, which rapidly expanded to 70 agents and achieved over $25 million in sales in its first year. With a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication from George Mason University, Charnise leverages her strong educational foundation to drive success in real estate finance, property management, and business development.

A 2023 graduate of the Maryland Leadership Academy, Charnise continues to enhance her leadership skills while actively shaping the real estate industry. She currently serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors for the Prince George's County Association of REALTORS^® (PGCAR) and chaired the Awards Committee for four years and held the position of Vice Chair in 2024/2025. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Capital Area REALTORS^® Federal Credit Union. Additionally, Charnise is an active member of the National Small Business Association's Leadership Council, and the Maryland REALTORS^® Federal Political Coordinators team.

With over 22 years of experience in real estate, Charnise has successfully purchased, flipped, and managed residential and commercial properties in Maryland and St. Louis, MO. Her investment portfolio spans acquisitions, renovations, and long-term rental management, showcasing her ability to analyze market trends, optimize returns, and execute strategic growth initiatives. Her dedication to excellence has earned her multiple industry accolades, including four Platinum Awards from the Prince George's County Association of REALTORS^® and a ranking among the top 3% of closed units nationwide.

Charnise's expertise and reputation as a top-producing agent, mentor, and industry leader were further highlighted in 2018 when she was selected to appear on HGTV's "House Hunters" in their series "Rent vs. Buy", offering her insights to a national audience.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Charnise is deeply committed to giving back to her community. As CEO of Calhoun Business Enterprises, a certified MBE & CBSB real estate company, she continues to support residential and commercial agents, investors, and homebuyers in achieving their real estate goals.

Her passion for philanthropy extends to her nonprofit work as the founder of Juice 4 Life, an organization dedicated to alternative and integrative cancer support. As a breast cancer survivor, she understands firsthand the challenges faced by those battling cancer. Through fundraising and advocacy, Juice 4 Life has raised over $100,000, providing financial and educational resources to cancer patients. In 2021, she personally donated $10,000 from her commission to a breast cancer survivor, reinforcing her commitment to making a lasting impact.
