Officer and Director Biographies

Cherice Clark is the Principal Broker and Owner of Clark Premier Realty Group and a licensed REALTOR^® serving Maryland, Washington, DC, and Virginia for more than 24 years. An accomplished broker, educator, coach, and industry leader, she has dedicated her career to elevating professionalism, developing future leaders, and creating pathways to sustainable success for real estate professionals.

A passionate advocate for organized real estate, Cherice has volunteered with the Prince George's County Association of REALTORS^® (PGCAR) since 2004, serving on the Board of Directors (2024-2026), the Legislative Committee, the Professional Enhancement Committee, and nearly two decades on the Forms Committee, including as Vice Chair and Co-Chair. She is a 2022 graduate of the PGCAR Leadership Academy.

She currently serves as President of the Washington Real Estate Brokers Association (WREBA), the DC Chapter of NAREB, and previously served two consecutive terms as President of the Maryland/DC Residential Real Estate Council (RRC)-the first president elected to a two-year term in the organization's history. Her leadership also extends to the Maryland Land Title Association (MLTA) Education Committee, and committee service with Maryland REALTORS^®, NVAR, and GCAAR.

Beyond the industry, Cherice serves on the Advisory Board of the Marshall Heights Community Development Organization and has volunteered for years with HomeFree-USA and the DC Housing Finance Agency (DCHFA), educating families on wealth building through homeownership and generational wealth preservation.

As founder of Clark Premier Realty Group, Cherice built a brokerage culture centered on mentoring, accountability, education, and sustainable growth-addressing the high rate of new agents who leave the industry due to lack of guidance. She also founded the Boutique Brokers Meetup, a collaborative forum for independent brokerage owners. A Toastmasters International graduate, she is co-author of the Amazon Best Seller Courageous Enough to Launch and a 2026 ICON Award Honoree from Global Speakers University.

Above all, Cherice is a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother whose passion for service shapes every aspect of her leadership. She believes strong associations build strong REALTORS^®, and strong REALTORS^® build stronger communities.
