Officer and Director Biographies

Christian Jackson is a Certified Residential Appraiser, REALTOR^®, and Team Leader of Elevate Property Group with Keller Williams Preferred Properties. For more than a decade, he has built a career centered on professionalism, consumer advocacy, and advancing the real estate industry through leadership, education, and public service.

Christian is the owner of Jackson Appraisal Group, serving Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Virginia, where he has earned a reputation for producing credible, independent valuation services. As a REALTOR^®, he leads one of Prince George's County's top-producing teams while helping buyers and sellers navigate one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.

His commitment to organized real estate extends beyond transactions. Christian currently serves as Chair of the PGCAR Legislative Committee, where he works alongside fellow REALTORS^® to advocate for policies that strengthen homeownership, protect private property rights, and promote a fair and transparent real estate marketplace. He has also testified before the Maryland General Assembly on housing and appraisal-related legislation and has been recognized as a trusted voice on valuation issues by local and national media.

Christian is a recipient of the Prince George's County Association of REALTORS^® Salesperson of the Year Award and has previously been recognized as both PGCAR and Keller Williams Rookie of the Year. He believes strong leadership is rooted in collaboration, accountability, and a willingness to listen to diverse perspectives.
