Officer and Director Candidate Bios

I am an agent with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and a resident of Prince George's county. As a member of the Prince George's County Association of REALTORS^® for the last 6 years, I have immersed myself into service of our REALTOR^® community.

I have been a member of the PGCAR committee member for the past 4 years. In 2018 I received the PGCAR Distinguished Service Award. I have also been actively working with the RPAC for the past 4 years. For the last two years I have served as Chair / Co-Chair of the RPAC committee. As a Sterling R donator, I am committed to the fundraising and importance of the committee. I hope to continue to promote and contribute monetarily to the value of Real Estate legislation.

In service to my community and my professional development, I have continued my growth by achieving additional designations and certifications, SRES, ABR, MRP, AHWD, and HOC. Each designation and certification is a tool to assist in making my friends, clients and my community, well informed homeowners. Additionally, I have volunteered with the Christmas in April project as well as being a Salvation Army volunteer. I have worked with many food drives and volunteered in our school system for a decade.

I am a native of Louisiana and attended Southern University. I am a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Most importantly, I am a mother of 3, military spouse, and wife of over 32 years. The military life has afforded me lots of opportunities to learn to adapt to new situations and make connections around the world. My 17 different moves has taught me to be able to relate to all people and appreciate that differences are our strength. My philosophy is to bloom where I am planted and share, share, share.
