I've always believed that if you care about the future of an organization, you should be willing to help shape it. That's why I'm seeking the opportunity to serve on the PGCAR Board of Directors. Real estate has given me the opportunity to build on a career that started more than 15 years ago in property management. Long before I was helping clients buy and sell homes, I was managing communities, solving problems, leading teams, writing, and balancing budgets, navigating housing regulations, and working every day to create positive outcomes for owners and residents. That experience has shaped the REALTOR® I am today and gives me a perspective that extends beyond the transaction.

Serving our profession has always been important to me. I'm a graduate of the Maryland REALTORS® Leadership Academy and have proudly served on both the PGCAR and Maryland REALTORS® Legislative Committees for several years. I currently serve as Secretary of NAREB's Prince George's County Chapter, and as the Maryland REALTORS® Legislative Liaison to Delegate Denise Roberts. I make it a priority to attend association events whenever possible because I believe relationships matter. In addition, I enjoy tapping fellow REALTORS® on the shoulder and encouraging them to get involved. Strong associations are built by engaged members, and I believe each of us has a responsibility to contribute to our profession.

If elected, I hope to bring a fresh perspective, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine curiosity about how we can continue improving our association. I'm comfortable asking why we do things a certain way, not to challenge tradition, but to better understand it and identify opportunities to make things even better. I'm naturally solutions-focused and believe that some of our best ideas come from thoughtful conversations and a willingness to look at challenges from different angles.

Most importantly, I want to be a director who listens first, represents our members well, and helps ensure PGCAR continues to grow, innovate, and provide exceptional value for the REALTORS® we serve.

Thank you for your time, your consideration, and your continued service to our association. It would be an honor to earn your support and the opportunity to serve alongside you.
