Officer and Director Biographies

Stephanie Ireland is a REALTOR^® leader, business owner, and longtime Prince George's County resident who understands the real estate profession from the ground level. Licensed since 2005 in Maryland and Washington, D.C., Stephanie has built a successful real estate business while also bringing more than 30 years of leadership experience in finance, accounting, project management, and organizational strategy.

As a REALTOR^® who has experienced the industry's evolution firsthand, Stephanie understands the challenges members face and brings the leadership skills needed to help PGCAR continue serving REALTORS^® in a changing marketplace. Her unique perspective comes from successfully building a real estate business while managing a corporate career, giving her insight into both the daily realities REALTORS^® face and the strategic leadership required to move organizations forward.

Stephanie is passionate about real estate education and consumer advocacy. She has appeared on HGTV's House Hunters and hosted Real Talk Real Estate on the Survival Radio Network, educating the public on homeownership, real estate trends, and industry issues.

Outside of real estate and professional service, Stephanie is a proud wife of 38 years and the mother of one daughter. She enjoys gardening, boating, and is an avid movie enthusiast.

Stephanie is seeking the opportunity to serve as a PGCAR Director because she believes strong associations create stronger REALTORS^®. She hopes to use her experience as a practitioner, business owner, advocate, and organizational leader to help PGCAR continue providing value to its members, supporting REALTORS^® at every stage of their careers, protecting the profession, and preparing members for the future.
