Yolanda Burgess is a Top Producing Broker in DC/MD/VA; with over 14 years of experience. She began her career in 2010 with Exit Corp. She has been featured on HGTV House Hunters and in 2019 Yolanda went on to open her own Brokerage Firm Platinum Partners Realty which is currently located in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. She is a leader in her community and is committed to educating and serving her clients needs to ensure that they have the best Home Buying and Selling experience possible.

Since 2010, Yolanda Burgess has been treating her clients and everyone she encounters with open arms and the utmost respect. She is a firm believer in always giving exceptional customer service, making sure the customer is always happy. Being from a military family and growing up in Germany, has afforded her a set of leadership skills and values that she incorporates in her day-to-day way of life and how she interacts and conducts business with her agents, her clients and Her Community. This is evident by the positive feedback from her clients and the ongoing customer referrals that she constantly receives for providing such excellent customer service.

Yolanda Burgess is committ ed to helping her community in any way that she can, In 2012 she founded Cheerful Givers, a Non-Profit organization which provides Men's homeless shelters with toiletries and other basic items they may need. In 2018 she founded the Burgess Team Properties LLC and in 2021, Premium Property Management.

Yolanda Burgess was Co-Chair for the Housing Affordability Committee in 2019, served on the Housing Affordability Committee in 2020, served on the Professional Enhancement Committee in 2021, and served on the Community Service Committee in 2023 and 2024. Yolanda is a Member Of Prince George's County 2024 NAREB.
