If you are a broker please contact membership at 301-306-7900. All others (sales associates and associate brokers) follow this Step-by-Step Guide:
- Take and pass the Maryland real estate exam.
- Become affiliated with a PGCAR Member Broker.
- Complete the PGCAR Membership Application and fax it to 301-306-8273.
