Welcome!

As a new PGCAR REALTOR^® member, you'll also be a member of and enjoy membership benefits and privileges of the Maryland REALTORS^® and the National Association of REALTORS^® (NAR).

A new PGCAR membership year begins each October 1 and ends the following September 30. When joining PGCAR, your dues will be prorated dependent upon the month you join, and be good through September 30. For future membership years, you will be billed for the full membership year on an annual basis.

** RPAC contributions are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions to RPAC are voluntary and are used for political purposes. The amounts indicated are merely guidelines and you may contribute more or less than the suggested amounts. The National Association of REALTORS^® and its state and local associations will not favor or disadvantage any member because of the amount contributed or a decision not to contribute. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal. 70% of each contribution is used by your state PAC to support state and local political candidates; 30% is sent to National RPAC to support federal candidates and is charged against your limits under 52 U.S.C. 30116.
