NAR REQUIRES ALL REALTORS® TO TAKE ETHICS TRAINING . . . Don't forget that, as a requirement of membership, by December 31, 2004, ALL REALTORS® must take 2 ½ hours of ethics training, as required by NAR'S Code of Ethics and Arbitration Manual. NAR offers two online ethics courses at that fulfill these obligations: one for new members and one for existing members. The on-line courses are available from any screen of under "Quick links". Questions can be directed to: Member Policy Dept. (NOTE: Classes are also being offered by PGCAR on a regular basis. An approved Ethics Class will be offered on a monthly basis in 2004.

RPAC MASQUERADE PARTY AND SILENT AUCTION PROVIDE FUN FOR ALL . . . All who attended Thursday night's Masquerade Party and Silent Auction enjoyed an evening of good food, good music, good company and lots of fun.

NAR Tops One Million Members . . . The National Association of REALTORS® has become the first trade association in America to exceed one million members. Dues paying membership in NAR, its institutes, societies and councils, now totals 1,005,785, according to the association's latest membership data.
