ONLY 18 DAYS LEFT TO MEET THE ETHICS TRAINING REQUIREMENT
. . . The countdown is nearing the end.

NAR's quadrennial ethics requirement gives every member until December 31, 2004, to take an approved Code of Ethics course.

Failure to satisfy this requirement shall be considered a violation of a membership duty for which REALTOR® membership shall be suspended until such time as the training is completed. NAR offers two online ethics courses at REALTOR.org that fulfill these obligations: one for new members and one for existing members. The on-line courses are available from any screen of REALTOR.org under "Popular Links".

NOTE: Classes have been offered by PGCAR on a regular basis. Two FINAL classes have been added for December 29th from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Al Monshower will be the instructor and the classes will be held at the Association office.

The other classes in December have been sold out so don't wait.

If you fail to meet this membership obligation, your membership will be suspended until the requirement is met. Anyone who is suspended from the Association will not be able to use the term "REALTOR®", use Association standard forms, access the website or use Zip Forms, and will pay the nonmember price for MRIS and Continuing Education.
