In April, the Commission directed its staff to begin an effort to enforce the law and regulations. Therefore, brokers, associate brokers and salespersons should review all advertising to ensure compliance with several basic rules. Please study and make sure you comply. MAR has provided a listing of the basic rules, and the actual laws and regulations, at mdrealtor.org. Please review this and all the changes that were passed during this year's General Session in Annapolis.
