2002 ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS LUNCHEON
The Annual Awards Luncheon honoring the production of PGCAR Members during 2002 was held on March 20, 2003 at La Fontaine Bleu. Nearly 500 Members and Guests were in attendance to celebrate the accomplishments of the award recipients.
In addition to the Members receiving awards for their 2002 production, the following special awards were also presented:
The William L. Benjamin Award was presented to Alease Bowles of RE/MAX 100 in Camp Springs. The recipient of this award is nominated by fellow D.S.C. members for outstanding service to the Distinguished Sales Club and adherence to the Salesagent's Creed.
This year's Rookie of the Year Award was presented to Anthony Williams of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Upper Marlboro. The Rookie of the Year award is presented to one Residential specialist annually who achieved the highest dollar volume of any entrant for the first full year as a salesagent.
This year two Members were inducted into the DSC Hall of Fame. They are Pat Dowtin of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Camp Springs and Connie Stommel of RE/MAX 100 Real Estate in Camp Springs. This award is presented to agents who have consistently achieved qualifying awards over a seven year period.
