Congratulations to all 2006 Award Winners honored on March 21^st at the PGCAR Annual Awards Celebration. This year's Celebration was a huge success and everyone had a wonderful time. Over 550 members and their guests attended the festivities held at Martin's Crosswinds in Greenbelt.

A special thank you to Association Vice-President Ruth Wright for her help and expertise in organizing the night's festivities and to Pulte Homes for contributing the wonderful door prizes... 2 dinners at Jerry's Seafood, 2 Round-trip Airline Tickets to Hawaii, 2 rounds of golf at Renditions and a 42" Flatscreen TV. We also want to thank the DSC for sponsoring the evening's music and entertainment.

Congratulations to Casey Lewis who received the 2006 Bill Benjamin Award. The Bill Benjamin award is presented annually to the individual who has been nominated by fellow Distinguished Sales Club Members for outstanding service to the Club and adherence to the DSC Creed. This is a very coveted award and has only been presented to 35 recipients since the DSC was established. Congratulations, Casey.

The 2006 Rookie of the Year , Kadie Barry, was also recognized at the Awards celebration. Kadie was recognized for having over $4.5 Million in production during her first year of licensure. Kadie is associated with Exit First Realty in Bowie. Congratulations Kadie.

Congratulations are also in order for Young Kang of Century 21 Trademark Realty who was inducted into the DSC Hall of Fame. Young has excelled in listings and sales over the years and was recognized for having met the seven years of awards criteria for this coveted award. In the past 31 years, there have been only 54 members who have received this honor.

Congratulations to all and thank you to all who participated in this year's awards and attended the Banquet. We look forward to an even larger participation next year.
