REALTORS®, friends and colleagues gathered to attend the Installation Ceremony of PGCAR 2024 President Gene Sementilli, associated with Century 21 New Millennium. President Sementilli was installed by PGCAR Past President, Boyd Campbell, a longtime friend, and Maryland REALTORS® 2018 President. Gene will take the helm of the Prince George's County Association of REALTORS® (PGCAR) on October 1st.
In a momentous occasion filled with excitement and anticipation, we are thrilled to congratulate our newly elected President and the esteemed members of the 2024 Board of Directors. This significant milestone is a cause for celebration and reflection, as we usher in a new era of leadership and embark on a journey filled with promise, growth, innovation, and community building.
President Sementilli's administration will focus on professionalism and reminding consumers, whether buying or selling, that REALTORS® are their essential partner in real estate transactions.
Additionally, 2023 REALTOR® of the Year, Rachel Jefferies, was honored at this prestigious event for her significant business-accomplishments, faithfulness to the Code of Ethics, leadership, civic and community involvement, and local, state and National Association activity.
