Prince George's County Association of REALTORS® Installs 2025 President, Officers, and Directors and Recognizes REALTOR® Of the Year
REALTORS®, friends, family, and colleagues gathered to celebrate the Installation Ceremony of PGCAR's 2025 President, Arnita Greene, of Capital Structures Real Estate LLC. Greene was installed by her longtime friend and broker, 2021 PGCAR President, Shameeka Price. Arnita will officially assume leadership of the Prince George's County Association of REALTORS® (PGCAR) on October 1.
In a momentous event filled with excitement and anticipation, we proudly congratulate our newly elected President and the distinguished members of the 2025 Board of Directors. This significant occasion marks the beginning of a new chapter for PGCAR, as we embrace a future of growth, innovation, and community-building.
Under President Greene's leadership, the focus will remain on professionalism and emphasizing to consumers that REALTORS® are indispensable partners in real estate transactions, whether buying or selling.
Additionally, at this prestigious event, Gene Sementelli, the 2024 REALTOR® of the Year, was honored for his outstanding business achievements, commitment to the Code of Ethics, leadership, and civic and community involvement, as well as his contributions to local, state, and National Association activities.
