Your SentriLock card has been replaced - and upgraded - to the SentriKey app!
PGCAR SentriLock subscribers, please be reminded, because of mobile App technology enhancements, SentriLock ended most SentriCard functions March 21, 2022. While innovative at the time of introduction, "card" technology is reaching the end of its life cycle.
To fully access and manage your SentriLock lockbox access, it is imperative that you download the SentriKey Real Estate app now from the App Store or Google Play, and be sure to set up your login information. If you have any trouble with the app or your lockboxes, please contact SentriLock directly at 513-618-5800 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
- You will need to log into / open the app to renew your schedule every 24 hours, especially if you are planning to show a home in an area with spotty cell phone service.
- Do not share your login information with ANYONE.
- Contractors who need access to a listing can receive a one-day code from the listing agent - or they can download the SentriConnect app and the REALTOR® can provide them with a code to access at a certain date / time.
- Other agents who need access can receive a one-day code from the listing agent.
- Assistants need to have their own SentriLock membership. SentriLock offers a special membership just for non-REALTOR® assistants.
- If you have an assistant, contractor or other agent who needs access to a listing, assign them a Flex Code using these instructions.
- You can only use your account in the app on one device at a time.
